Squash Booking Rules

Full Members can reserve courts up to 7 days in advance but not before 12 noon each day when new courts become available on this booking system.
Junior squash members are allowed to book an off-peak squash court up to one week in advance. Juniors may also book at ANY time at weekends but only by booking on the actual day. Once booked they may NOT be asked to leave by an adult member for that session. At least one junior member MUST make the booking. Weekday (Mon-Fri) peak-time starts from 5:45pm on courts 1 & 2 and from 6:00pm on courts 3, 4 & 5. Weekend (Sat-Sun) peak-time ends at 5:45pm on courts 1 & 2 and 6:00pm on courts 3, 4 & 5.
Members are encouraged to show the opponent's name on the booking sheets.

Member Accounts and Top-Up Vouchers

Each member has a separate account within the booking system.
Members must have credit in order to reserve courts.
To credit their accounts, members purchase £10 top-up vouchers from the bar, and apply the top-up to ther accounts by logging-in to this website or by using one of the touch screens on-site at the club.

Booking Fees

Full Members - £3 per booking.
Junior Members may book courts free of charge but only for weekday courts (Monday - Friday) starting before 5pm and only for weekend courts when booking on the day.

Cancellations & Refunds

When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
When a booking is cancelled before 12 noon 1 day prior, the booking fee is automatically refunded .
When a booking is cancelled after 12 noon 1 day prior, the booking fee is only refunded if the court is re-booked by another member.

Guests

Guests may only play with a member.
When booking to play with a guest, the member must select "Guest" to show as the opponent on the booking sheet.
The member must ensure Guest Fees are paid at the bar (£4 adult and £2 child).

SESSION TIMES

DAILY BOOKING SESSIONS (start times – all 1.5 hours long apart from 8am session):
8:00, 9:00, 1030, 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30, 18:00, 19:30, 21:00
PEAK SESSIONS (start times): Monday to Friday:
18:00, 19:30 Saturday and Sunday: 9:00, 1030, 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30

INDOOR COURT NAMES AND LIGHTS

B9: Airdome Doubles (nearest to Clubhouse)
B10: Airdome Doubles (middle court)
B11: Airdome Singles (next to Lake)
S8: Sports Hall

The lights on all 4 courts are controlled manually inside the airdome and sportshall. Players should turn them on when they enter the building and turn them off when they have finished playing unless other players are waiting to use the same court.

TENNIS BOOKING RULES

The indoor tennis courts on this booking system can be booked up to 7 days in advance but not before 12 noon each day when new courts become available on this booking system.
Court bookings MUST name at least one other Member (all names in full please)
OFF PEAK members can only book courts at the following days/times: Monday to Friday, 08:00 (1 hour session until 09:00) then 1.5 hours sessions to finish by 18.00, which means their latest booking can start at 16.30
FULL MEMBERS can book courts 7 days a week - starting from 8am (1 hour session) then 1.5 hour sessions from 9am onwards up until last session which starts at 9pm and ends at 10.30pm
ASSOCIATE members can only book courts at the following days/times: All day Monday, Tuesday to Friday 8am to 6.00pm, Saturday and Sunday after 6.00pm
JUNIORS members cannot book indoor courts.
Juniors can be named on a booking by an adult subject to the limitations below.
The booking of an Off Peak session may be made by a Full member with a Junior member up to 7 days in advance.
A booking of any session (Peak & Off Peak) may be made by a Full member with a Junior member on the same day only (e.g. for a Friday 7.30pm session booking can only be made on same day)
ON HOLD members cannot book courts

GUESTS (non tennis members)

Members are not allowed to invite guests for any Peak time sessions.
Members may have guests on the indoor courts at any Off Peak times, subject to the normal guest rules.
Guests may only play with a member.
When booking to play with a guest, the member must select "***Guest *** " to show as the opponent on the booking sheet.
The member must ensure Guest Fees are paid at the bar before play starts (£4 adult).
