Squash Booking Rules

Full Members can reserve courts up to 7 days in advance but not before 12 noon each day when new courts become available on this booking system.
Maximum 1 peak-time booking per member per day when playing singles. One pair is to use one 45-minute court booking only.
Members must select playing partners/opponents' names to show on the booking sheets.
Peak times:
- Weekday (Mon-Fri) from 5:45pm onwards
- Saturdays before 1245 (off-peak starts at 12.45)
- All other times are off-peak
Juniors:
- Junior squash members are allowed to book an off-peak squash court up to 7 days in advance but not before 12 noon on the day when booking.
- Juniors can book peak times on the same day playing from 7 am onwards.

Member Accounts

Members must have credit in order to reserve courts.
Members can buy credit for their accounts on line via this system by clicking on "Buy Credit".
Each Member has an account within the booking system and must have credit in order to book a court.
You can purchase credit (£10 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged into this website.
- Your transaction will be securely processed by Stripe.
- Members can share booking fees by transfering credit to each other within the system.
- On the day playing, each member will receive a Booking Reminder email message which, for the "playing partner(s) / opponent(s)", contains a link to share the cost of the booking fee paid by the member who booked the court.
- You can also use the facility to Transfer Credit any time when logged into the system.
Please note that the club does not refund residual balances on a MYCOURTS booking account once the membership period has ended.

Guests may only play with a member.
When playing a guest, members MUST select either "SQUASH GUEST £5 ADULT" or "SQUASH GUEST £3 CHILD" as the playing partner/opponent to show on the booking sheet.
The system will automatically charge the Guest Fee to your booking system account by adding the Guest Fee to the booking fee already paid.
If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the court fee will automatically revert to the normal rate (and your account will be credited). This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing.
If you forget to select Adult or Child Guest as the playing partner/opponent before playing, then please be sure to use the facility to "TransferCredit" to either the "SQUASH GUEST £5 ADULT" or "SQUASH GUEST £3 CHILD" account on this system.
The member must ensure their guest is signed in at the bar on the day of play.

When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
When a booking is cancelled before 12 noon 1 day prior, the booking fee is automatically refunded.
When a booking is cancelled after 12 noon 1 day prior, the booking fee is only refunded if the court is re-booked by another member.
