Dear [[firstname]],
The Men’s 2nd team and the Men’s 1st team both play at home this week, tonight 28th and Wednesday 29th January.
TUESDAY 28TH : MEN’S 2s v DAVID LLOYD PURLEY
The 2s narrowly missed out winning Division 2 last season, this season they are fighting to avoid relegation and fighting hard.
The mid-season signing of Charles Sharpes has been a helpful addition to the side. Formerly ranked 42 in the world, Charles was hauled out of retirement and recruited for TWC’s campaign not to be demoted and will be playing at 3rd string this evening against David Lloyd Purley.
2s HEAD-TO-HEADS v DL PURLEY
Stacey Ross v Jack Webster
Michael Pittams v Aidan O’Brien

Tim Burrell v David Smith
Michael Stenning v Marcus Cowie
WEDNESDAY 29TH : MEN’S 1s v WIMBLEDON RACKETS & FITNESS
The Men’s 1s are in second place in Surrey’ top division chasing league leaders Horley. Decisive wins are needed to close the 14 point gap so only our strongest, most star-studded team will do.
World number 42 George Parker will lead the team against local rivals in his first and unfortunately his last home match of the season. Sam Osborne- Wylde, now the confirmed wild card entry for this year’s Optasia Champs in March, plays at second string and Sanjay Jeeva, ranked 67 in the world is third string.
Jordan Warne makes a welcome return at 4 and world number 11 Satomi Watanabe who recently won the biggest tournament of her career in Cleveland beating world number 6 Gina Kennedy 3/0 and world number 7 Amin Orfi along the way to her 3/0 win in the final against American legend Amanda Sobhy.
