, Due to the demand from TWC members to watch elite squash we are expecting the club to be busier than normal during the period of the 13-18th March. The information below is provided to ensure use of the clubhouse operates as normally as possible during this exciting week. Car parking The car park will generally be busier than normal across the 6 day period as a result of the tournament with particularly busy periods noted below. A car parking official will be on hand at the busiest times. Sunday 13th : 11.30 pm to 4.30 pm Tuesday 15th : 5pm to 8.30pm Wednesday 16th : 6 pm and 8.30 pm Thursday 17th : 6.15 pm and 9pm Friday 18th : 5 pm and 10.30pm Catering and Bar service- Additional staffing has been put in place based on the number of ticket sales to ensure waiting times are minimised as much as possible. Champagne Buffet Sunday 13th March To mark the opening of the event there will be a champagne buffet from 12pm to 4pm on March 13th which will be served in the restaurant and lounge area for in excess of 130 people making the bar area particularly busy on that day. Changing rooms The rear rackets changing room will be reserved for tournament players. The two men’s changing rooms on the right will be available for use as normal. Squash court availability There are 28 players from all parts of the world taking part in our tournament and they will begin to arrive and use the clubhouse from 11th March . The number of players will decrease as the event progresses. The players will be practising in the lead up to and during the event which for the most part will be during off-peak periods so please carefully check the booking sheets in advance of play. Court 5 will be available for use as normal throughout the tournament at all times. Courts 1 and 2 will be out of use whilst the PSA matches are taking place. Tickets Tickets for the opening round of qualifying, semi finals and final are sold out. Members wishing to buy on the day should approach any of the 3 ticket marshals who will be assisting spectators. The marshals will be found by the squash courts on the day of the event.
