SQUASH : Club Champs entries close Monday 21st & Squash changing room swap

Dear [[firstname]],

The cricket season begins as of tomorrow which for squash members means using a different changing room on match dates and emptying any valuables from the lockers.

The first changing room on the right of the corridor as you enter the downstairs men’s changing facilities will be used for cricket on match days. Squash members are to please use the far end changing room on the left side of the corridor.

This weekend the first changing room will be used for cricket on the below days and times:

- Friday 18th April from 9am
- Saturday 19th April from 10.30am
- Sunday 20th April from 11.30am

Advanced notice of future fixtures will be displayed on the entrance to the downstairs changing facility.

CLUB CHAMPS – Entries close Monday 21st April

Today is the last day to enter the Club Champs before the long weekend – please enter today. The Club Champs should be entered by every member of every standard.

First rounds will take place from Tuesday 29th April and Final’s Night will be on Friday 6th June. A reminder that you need to be available to play on Friday 6th to June to be eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER

My Courts is NOT being used for this year’s tournament.
Entries are to be made via myClubhouse. This is also where the draws and rules will be published and also where (as well as on My Courts) you can contact your opponents.

-Sign into the member area of the myClubhouse website using your username and the password you have set yourself.

- Click on the blue “Events button” at the top of the page on myClubhouse and then select “Events calendar” which is the first option in the drop down box.

- Scroll down the calendar to the event start date (29th April) where you will see the categories available to enter

When you select the category that you wish to enter, all information relating to the event will be displayed ; how to book courts, rules, etc.
The entry fee will be payable with either a debit or credit card at the point of registration.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "thewimbledonclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from thewimbledonclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "The Wimbledon Club <thewimbledonclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "The Wimbledon Club <thewimbledonclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from thewimbledonclub@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
