Dear Squash Member,
I am delighted to welcome you across from Christopher’s to The Wimbledon Club where we hope you will feel at home.
CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS FINALS NIGHT
So that you can quickly get to know our existing members we would like to invite you to a BBQ with drinks on our Club Championship finals night taking place on Saturday 13th May .
The matches will start at 4.15pm with the junior events and the men’s final will be the last match starting at 6.15pm, please email Emma (emma@twcsport.co.uk) or I (director@twcsquash.co.uk) to let us know if you would like to come along or use the sign-up sheet on the boards by the courts.
The cost for the BBQ is £6/£10 (depending on which menu option your choose) which can be paid on the night and there will be a welcome glass of champagne for you on arrival.
TEAM SQUASH
Summer Surrey Cup will begin on 8th May and we welcome any players of all standards that are keen to represent the club, please email me (director@twcsquash.co.uk) if you are interested.
SQUASH PROGRAMME
Attached are details of all the coaching activities that we run including how you can get involved.
CLUB ACCESS
Your membership card is made off-site and will be ready for collection from the bar within 12 days of your joining date.
In the interim, you are welcome to purchase a fob for £6 which will allow you access to the Club house until your card arrives.
Fobs can be ordered at the bar.
PEAK / OFF-PEAK TIMES
With the exception of coffee morning please note all squash sessions are during peak-hours.
Off-peak times operate from 9.00am - 5.45pm Monday to Friday. Weekends are peak times.
ON-LINE COURT BOOKING
The contact details you supplied at the time of joining are added to the on-line booking system which can be viewed at:
http://lakesidesquash.mycourts.co.uk
Please click on member administration to edit your details including privacy settings.
Credit for booking courts can be bought via My Courts using Pay Pal for a minimum of £10.
The booking system will have sent you a user name and password via email which will allow you to book courts on-line using the code on the vouchers.
Your pin number, which you will also have received via email, can be used at the terminals on site at the club.
