The recently imposed restrictions have stopped match-play and any form of practice for two players not in the same household or support bubble.
Tier 2 restrictions are reviewed fortnightly. Immediate updates will be sent when new information is released.
The Squash Committee recognises that this is clearly an exceptionally frustrating time for all adult members and is exploring alternative sports and exercise options for members of the squash section.
In the interim period, the squash that is permissible we would like to be as accessible as possible and at a reduced cost. The following changes have been made to court, coaching and massage costs.
- Beginning tomorrow and until further notice the cost of a squash court will be £1 per one hour booking / 45 minutes of usage. Any member who has a court(s) booked in the 7 days ahead is entitled to a refund.
- The cost of a 45 minute lesson with Jordan has been reduced by 15% and the cost of a 45 minute lesson with Stacey will be reduced by up to 30%. (Please contact each coach for details)
- Robbie Milne is available to treat any niggles during this down time and has reduced the cost of a 30 minute massage by 20% when 6 sessions are booked. Or, the cost of a 45 minute lesson with Stacey and a 30 minute massage with Robbie when booked together as a package is reduced by 25%
The outcome of discussions between the Squash Committee and the General Committee regarding alternative arrangements for squash members will be disseminated at the first opportunity.
